King Of The Mountains

Herman Schultze - a young man from Germany
Hadgi-Stavros - mountain robbers king

Story:

Herman Schultze falls for Mary Ann and proposes to marry her. But Mrs. Simons strongly rejects Herman because of his motive to their wealth. Mother and daughter Mrs. Simons and Mary Ann travels with Herman, along the way mountain robbers with their king Hadgi-Stavros detain them for ransom.

Herman finds out that the king has a lot of money to a bank in London where Mrs. Simons brother works. She note to pay their ransom for their immediate released. The king of robbers is fascinated with the receipt given to him and Mrs. Simons and Mary Ann was released. Herman was left tried to run off but when caught he is castigate.


Schultze think of a way, he tries to assault the king but still helpless. Until an American save him, even its not his duty. Outlaw Hadgi-Stavros has child, Pontini whom so dear to him. Not so long, Herman was let go and tells the whole scenario.

Thoughts:

A great story of tension and high point that survived by Mrs. Simons and daughter Ann from a mountain robber. It teaches to have a clear mind to come up with good and effective solution to a tough situation like this story.
